Here you could find some guidelines which could be useful to enhance your gaming experience:
I can’t build more rooms!
To build new rooms or new services, you could either tap on the manager’s office, or in the lower-right corner button. An exclamation mark will appear in both places when you have enough money to expand your hotel.
My hotel never gets 5 stars!
Every single player is able to reach 5 stars in every hotel. Objects paid with gems won’t affect this progress. You should reach the proper number of stars to unlock new hotels.
You can easily check which room or hotel service needs to be maxed out by tapping on the stats button (right side icons of the playing screen). You will find a progress bar for all your rooms and also a tab with all your hotel services and their progress percentage. You just need to tap the “Go To” button to find the pending upgrades.
The game also includes a yellow progress indicator in every dialog window of rooms and hotel services. ALL of them must be at 100%, as well as all the available staff hired.
My earnings are too low…
We recommend you to start little by little reinvesting your money in basic furniture in all your rooms, like nightstands or TVs. Don’t waste your little progress on huge investments!
What? The staff is not coming again!
Try not to spend all your money, if you have hired employees for any service. If you don’t have enough money to pay them after their working shift, they will resign. Your employees will be paid with your in-game money after finishing their shifts.
Why are my clients angry?
Take in mind that clients would get angry if they have to wait too long for a service. For example, chefs or bartenders could attend two people simultaneously. Be careful with this, and observe if you need more employees or not. If too many people get angry, it’s time to hire someone! Unfortunately, angry clients would leave their rooms, or won’t enjoy any service for the whole day.
Check-in time is over, and some rooms are empty!
Your rooms have to be clean if you want to occupy them with new visitors, so you should manage wisely your housekeepers. Check your service dialog window to find the working capacity of your staff.
Check your marketing campaigns if you need more potential clients, and become popular in town at a fair price.
I can’t buy an item!
This is probably because your hotel needs more power. Every hotel has an electrical room with a power generator and batteries. Upgrade them to increase the electricity supply so you can buy more power-consuming items.
If your power indicator shows something like 40/40, that means that your counter is full and it needs to be upgraded.
Can I transfer money from one hotel to another?
Each hotel has its own economy. Money won’t be transferred between hotels.
Jean Pierre was looking for a competitive manager able to make hotels grow starting from scratch and we are sure that you will do a great job.
We will forward your feedback regarding this feature to the team so they can take it into consideration, but please take in mind that the main point of the game is to advance into more challenging hotels, so this money shouldn’t be so relevant. With your previous experience, you will be able to succeed at higher levels!
My rooms are empty when I enter the game or switch between hotels!
Animations will stop working when you close the game, but you don’t have to worry about your offline earnings because you will be earning the proper amount according to your current in-game progress.
However, the game needs to restart animations from a specific visual spot. The game will take your marketing campaign and will apply a percentage of occupancy in your hotel. The more expensive the campaign is, the higher percentage of occupancy you’ll get.
Try to invest some in-game money on marketing campaigns to reduce your vacant rooms when you reopen your hotel.
I’m not receiving x2 or x3 offline earnings after pressing the button!
The simple idle income is already added to your counter because you need it there to pay your employees while offline.
In the latest version of the game, the welcome back window has changed and indicates how much did you earn while away. You could see the small text “already added” next to the idle amount.
Once you double or triple this “already added” amount, the game will tell you how much extra money will be added to your account (obviously it will be the same amount when you press x2 or two times this amount when you press x3). This aggregate would be detailed in green.
