Empires of Sand includes two campaigns: Seth's Desolation and Cleopatra's Wrath.
The first one is already complete, but there are only a few levels of the second campaign. We are still working on the new levels that will arrive to the game in next updates. And, yes, they will be also playable for free 🙂
Of course not! 🙂
If you connect your game to Facebook, Game Center or Google Play you can recover your pharaoh in a few seconds.
Create a new account, and go to the city. Once there, open the option menu (tap on the gear that appear on the top right of the screen). There, connect the new account to the same Facebook/Game Center/Google Play account you connected your first account.
The game will download the information from your old pharaoh to your device. You can also to this to use the same account in different devices.

I am sorry to tell you, that there is no wining formula.
This is a tricky question, actually...
The matchmaking system is designed to match players within the same league. Trophies decide in which league a pharaoh is. So it is possible you play with a level 120, while you are only level 10. That would mean the level 120 player is not a very good one when playing PvP battles.
We are aware that the city level is very important for PvP battles, and it is also taken into account when looking for an opponent, but we always priorize the number of trophies.
The matchmaking algorithm is always evolving and we make changes on every update in order to create a better player experience.
If that's the case, please, do not hesitate to ask it to us!
When playing an online game, it is important you use a good Internet connection.
Having all WiFi bars, or perfect data coverage when using 3G/4G connection does not guarantee a solid connection to play online games. There are some other elements that may cause connection issues like the apps running in background in your device, the network load, or the connection between your Internet provider and the servers.
Furtheremore, you may experience connection issues while playing in moving vehicles or in underground public transport.
We recommend playing over WiFi with a dependable Internet service provider, or a solid 3G/4G connection with a reliable carrier.
