How can I defeat the Healer Master?

The Healer Master is one of the four great wizards that rule thw world, and you don't become a great wizard if you are not a powerful sorcerer.

The Healer Master uses rage everytime you attack her, so try with your most powerful spells.

I deleted the game before connecting it to Facebook, Game Center nor Google Play. How can I recover my account?

I bought some orbs, but they did not appear in my account. Where are they?

Please, do not forget to include the name of your wizard, the in-app you bought and the transaction ID (you can find it in the confirmation email form the store).

How many item can I obtain by putting a friend’s name in settings window?

In the settings window you can write the name of a friend, and you will both receive an exlcusive item. But you can only get one item, so you can only put one name there.

Why am I having connection issues if my Internet connection works fine?

When playing an online game, it is important you use a good Internet connection.

Having all WiFi bars, or perfect data coverage when using 3G/4G connection does not guarantee a solid connection to play online games. There are some other elements that may cause connection issues like the apps running in background in your device, the network load, or the connection between your Internet provider and the servers.

Furtheremore, you may experience connection issues while playing in moving vehicles or in underground public transport.

We recommend playing over WiFi with a dependable Internet service provider, or a solid 3G/4G connection with a reliable carrier.
